The Perfect Sugar Free Fudge with the Perfect Giveaway

Check out Katie's post to get the simple recipe for this perfect Chocolate base.  I changed my fudge here by adding in 1 Cup of my Flax Milk and added a little more Stevia but the rest is per her recipe, check it out.

    My fave use for coconut oil is melted and mixed with ghee. Allow the two to cool together in the fridge and you have a wonderful solid shortening for use in just about anything!

  43. My favorite way to use coconut oil is actually to make soap with it. However, I'm finding more and more that I like to use it to lightly oil baking pans. I also like it in some baked goods - especially chocolate desserts. Oh - and I like to rub a little on the skin as a skin softener.

  54. Did you know that coconut oil is an antiviral and antibacterial food? That means when you get sick you can take it in place of harsh prescriptions antibiotics. It even cured my UTI infection! Amazing food:)
